Sokovia Accords update and new RP guide!

Hey all!

Just a quick note. We've done some minor reorganising to the Sokovia Accords thread here, cleaning up some of the wording, etc.

We've also updated it with information about trackers, which were introduced in our grand opening announcement shortly after WGP opened and, as a result, might have been missed by some of our newer members. The Sokovia Accords thread also has a list of registered individuals, where an * next to their name indicates that they have a tracker.

If you have any questions, feel free to send us a PM. Also, don't forget to fill out your profiles for the new skin!
