Can we legally assassinate people 🤔🤔🤔
😤This is important, like I need to know in the next 5 minutes or there's going to be a really big mess.
Haha, just kidding, the mess is real. Wow. Yikes. 🥊👀👀 PMS isn't fucking around. 😈 If you can't handle me at my worst, etc.
Hey Paul, wanna go out for 🍔s?

Even before her heels hit the pavement outside the Glausten Community Center, Karla had had enough of this shit.
The first offense had come when she'd found a rat's nest in her hair upon stepping out of the shower.
The second occurred not two hours later, when she was just about done getting ready for the day, and the telltale sound of Melissa knocking urgently on her door had floated into her bathroom to interrupt her. From thereon out, it was a rollercoaster ride of one meeting after the next, calls with supervisors, and eventually, she found herself stuffed in the back of a fully kitted-out undercover Sokovia van, seated side-by-side with her blunette cohort.
Outside the van, the rain came down in sheets, making the interior practically deafening. The driver up front had tried to put on some generic '90s music to help drown it out, but little could be done for the van's acoustic despair.
"SO I LISTENED TO ABOUT HALF OF WHAT EVERYONE SAID, BASICALLY," Karla shouted at Melissa, not a foot away from her. She was audible, at least. "CLIFF NOTES. I DID MY OWN RESEARCH ON THE GROUNDS WHILE THEY WERE ARGUING OVER LOADOUT, THOUGH - HERE, CHECK IT OUT, I GOT THE ORIGINAL BLUEPRINTS WITH THE CURRENT RENOVATIONS LOADED UP OVER THEM IN RED. WHAT DO YOU THINK?"
A tumultuous roll of thunder roared outside. Karla's mouth kept moving for a few seconds, and then finally, when the thunder subsided, she could be heard once more.
"... I THINK THE BEST APPROACH IS GOING TO BE TO WALK UP TO THE FRONT DOOR, TO BE HONEST WITH YOU. EVERY OTHER POSITION INSIDE IS FORTIFIED, BUT THE FRONT DOOR IS GLASS, AND THERE'S A LOT OF WINDOWS AROUND IT - ALL THE WAY UP TO THE CEILING. IF WE NEED TO, WE CAN EITHER SHOOT IN OR YOU CAN YELL AT THEM A WHOLE LOT, OR I CAN PHASE THROUGH... WHATEVER WE NEED TO DO, PLUS WE'LL HAVE VISUAL OF THE ENTRYWAY."
There was a pause as Karla glanced over the SWAT-esque group of men and women with them in the van, who, despite appearances, were listening very closely to every word Karla said.
"THESE GUYS HAVE THEIR OWN ORDERS OR WHATEVER," was the next thing they heard from their enhanced company (Karla liked that term). "I MEAN THAT'S WHAT I FIGURED FROM THE THIRD MEETING. I THINK THEY GAVE UP ON GIVING US PLANS."
As a streak of lightning lit up the sky above (not visible in their current predicament, save for from the front two seats), Karla laughed uproariously for a few seconds, then went right back to showing off the blueprints on her tablet to Melissa. The community center seemed pretty straightforward - it was a beautiful and modern building, and in good weather, looked something like this.
The blueprints revealed that it was actually a three-story building in some portions; while most of the center was organized on the ground floor, there were occasional 'attics' of space, mostly consisting of duct work, and beneath the entire establishment was a large basement. A petting zoo was attached on the west side, surely closed in this weather, and in the back was a gazebo where weddings could be held. All in all, it looked harmless...
... but that was before the zealots had moved in.
@MELISSA GOLD @SHARON CARTER aaaaaaaaaaaand go! Reb, if you want Sharon in the van, I left the driver's seat open. If you want her to be coming from a different team entirely, I figured she could already be there all set up when we arrive (probably in Mel's next post). Let me know if this works for you guys - excited to get RPing with y'all! <3

Let's face it: Being friends with Karla is hard
. It was hard before she had an alien artifact embedded in the heart of her, and now that that's come to pass, it's even harder. She's unstable, prone to injuring others emotionally and physically, and worse still, she's smart. There is an earnesty to her that can be found if you dig deep enough, though, and although her allegiences are always flipping, she maintains the people she trusts as constants in her life one way or another.c u r r e n t:

Now we're talkin'. Karla would make enemies at the drop of a hat if it wasn't so easy
; she just does it without thinking, now.c u r r e n t:

Most people who have to deal with Karla professionally fall into this category. She's genuinely horrible to work with, but with most awful people, she manages to stay just under the radar most of the time - avoiding termination that's surely deserved. Unfortunately, she's effective, too, meaning it's hard to completely despise her when she gets shit done, and does it well.c u r r e n t:

Karla's relationships are brief, fast, intense, and often end violently. She is emotionally abusive and will manipulate lovers until she either gets bored, they get tired of putting up with her (at which point you have a whole new issue entirely), or she can't find any use for them anymore. I don't personally feel she's capable of a healthy relationship at this point in her life, but that doesn't mean she won't break some hearts here on the boards.c u r r e n t:
N/A, thank god.
